Personalized Nutrition Coaching Services

Are you tired of being plagued by fatigue, illness, and frequent visits to the doctor?  If you've followed my Facebook page long enough, you know now that problems like high blood pressure, headaches, weight gain, body odor, kidney and gall stones, constipation, appendicitis, and even sunburn are a result of a poor diet.

But you can change all that!  Today is the day---Don't wait for your medical problems to get worse; and don't let doctors mask your health problems with drugs that only make things worse!  Let me help you help yourself, and bring honor to God with your life!


*Please note: services have changed after a reevaluation.  I now offer two different services:

1.  Initial Nutritional Consultation
This service includes a very personalized assessment of your current health issues and dietary habits.  Once I receive a completed 2-day food log and health questionnaire, I will design a Personalized Nutritional Plan for you.  It will take into account any health issues you have to work on correcting them through nutrients found in food and very rarely supplements when needed.  This plan is usually around six pages and contains 3-5 steps for you to take, on your own time and at your own pace, to work towards health and whole foods.  This service is $50.  Just email me at sjpoff@healthyfamiliesforgod.com and let me know that you'd like a food log!

2. Personalized Monthly Coaching
If you need a personal accountability partner, then this is for you!  Once someone knows the steps they need to take towards better health, I will ensure that they have plenty of information, resources, recipes, and encouragement to make those changes happen.  For $30/month, I will provide you with these things as well as 24/7 support for any questions and concerns that arise.  This is a good option for those who have had an Initial Consultation and need some extra accountability; it is also good for those who know well about whole foods but just need the encouragement and accountability to get there.
